After banning over 30,000 players last month, PUBG Corp. has now announced that it has banned twelve professional players that have been found using the Radar hack either in competitive games or public games.
PUBG Corp. had earlier revealed that since the game was launched in June 2017, it has reportedly banned over 13 million players for cheating. Following the release of Vikendi snow map, PUBG Corp. started using the anti-cheat algorithm BattlEye to find users who were suspected of using the radar hack.

The radar hack works on a different device like a smartphone and allows the hacker to know the details of the remaining players on the map and get live updates of their location.

PUBG Corp, in a tweet, shared a TwitLonger post that mentioned the handles of users who have been banned for cheating. This includes six players who were caught using an unauthorized program in professional games, four players who were caught using an unauthorized program in public games and two players who had knowledge about their teammates cheating.
The six players who cheated during professional games have been suspended for three years, players who used cheats in public matches were suspended for two years and the remaining two players were suspended for three years.
Sans domicile fixe, whose members were caught using cheats during the PUBG European League will lose their Contenders League spot, however, the team will be allowed to join any subsequent event with an entirely new roster. Red Diamonds and Pittsburgh Knights will retain their PEL spot, however, they will have to replace S1D and TEXQS with another player respectively in order to proceed.
In its post, PUBG Corp. said, “In the future, before any official e-sports competition, all participating players will go through a comprehensive background check on all their accounts, and any player with incriminating evidence of having used an unauthorized program will be suspended and prevented from competing.”
